Dr. Kay Wheeler-Cameron, Administrator
Kay has 35 years of foster care and adoption experience. 
She has adopted six children and fostered over 150.

Kay has a Master's degree in Early and Middle Childhood Education and a
Doctorate in Biblical theology and Christian counseling. She retired from 29
years of classroom teaching.

Sue Hagaman, Assistant Administrator & Independent Living Coordinator

Sue is a former HR manager and came to Oasis in 2001.  She lives in Albany.  Sue also teaches the monthly Independent Living training for youth ages 14 and over.   

Mark Henry, Intake Supervisor

Mark began his career as a case manager- intake supervisor with Oasis in 2000.  He lives in the Waverly area. Currently, Mark is the case manager for Adams, Pike, & Ross Counties.

Carl Wheeler, Independent Living Work Program Coordinator

Carl and his wife Cathy are former foster parents who live in the Albany area.  Carl has been with Oasis since 2000.

Cheryl Garvin, Case Manager

Cheryl started with Oasis is 2015.  She is the case manager for Franklin County. She lives in the Wellston area.

Tiffany Brady-Sewell, Case Manager

Tiffany is a 2017 graduate of Ohio University and joined Oasis in 2017.   She lives in the Jackson area with her five children. 

Rosie Buffington, Case Manager

Rosie is our case manager for Scioto, Jackson, and Pike Counties and lives in the Wellston area. She joined Oasis in 2018.

Kristen Jago, Placement Case Manager/payroll clerk

Kristen lives in the Glouster area with her husband Adam and daughter.   She is also our CPR & First Aid trainer. She joined Oasis in 2014.

Sarah Jordan, LSW

Sarah completes home studies for Oasis foster care givers She lives in the Wellston area and joined Oasis in 2012.

Dayna Goin , Receptionist

Started with Oasis in 2009.  She lives in the Albany area.

Teresa Ponn-Lemaster, Foster Caregivers Records Clerk

Teresa started with Oasis in 2015.  She and her husband Jim live in the Wellston area.

Angela resides in the Cincinnati area and is the founder & CEO of H+H Safety Soultions.
